WELCOME TO OUR PRACTICE
Our Practice has two sites - Exmouth Health Centre and Underhill Surgery, Lympstone. We offer a personal, friendly service whilst aiming to provide continuing high quality medical care to all our Patients. With this in mind we have a CHARTER setting out the standards of service you should expect and also a USER'S GUIDE to help us give you the best possible service.
As a result of our high standards, our Practice has also been accredited for the training of Doctors in General Practice.
OPENING TIMES
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.30pm
Telephones: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm
Between 1.00 and 2.00pm our telephones are switched to an emergency message handling
service. Please only ring between these times if your telephone call is of an
urgent nature.
EXTENDED HOURS
Monday 6.30 - 8.00pm
Tuesday 7.00 - 8.00am
Saturday 8.30 - 11.45am
ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY 999
Regardless of the time of day, for emergencies, eg severe chest pain, significant loss of blood, severe breathing difficulties or loss of consciousness, dial 999. For cuts, burns, sprains and suspected broken bones, go to your nearest Treatment Centre (if it is safe to do so) or call 999.
