How does the service work? Simply complete a form about your problem and this will then be sent directly your GP. Having considered your query, they will respond by 6:30pm the following working day (via phone call or email) with appropriate advice on the best management. This might include advice in the form of a message, a prescription being issued or an appointment for a face-to-face discussion.
