GP list sizes
As part of our ongoing work to rationalise our individual GP list sizes at Claremont Medical Practice and Raleigh Surgery, the following transfer of patients will take effect from 6th April 2022
Claremont Medical Practice
Patients of Dr Kerry Boyle
- Patients with surnames beginning with A-J, Q, U, V, X-Z will be transferred to Dr Harriet Clarke
- Patients with surnames beginning with S will be transferred to Dr Joanne Butterworth
- Patients with surnames beginning with K will be transferred to Dr Thomas Lee
- Patients with surnames beginning with Na will be transferred to Dr Charlotte Benning
Patients of Dr Lisa Gibbons
- Patients with surnames beginning with A-D + T + V will be transferred to Dr Sara Jabri
- Patients with surnames beginning with I, Q, Y + Z will be transferred to Dr Charlotte Benning
Patients of Dr Susannah Pathmanathan
- Patients with surnames beginning with P + Q will be transferred to Dr Charlotte Benning
Patients of Dr Barry Coakley
- Patients with surnames beginning with G, H + P will be transferred to Dr Thomas Lee
Patients of Dr Joe Mays
- Patients with surnames beginning with A, B, D + L will be transferred to Dr Thomas Lee
Patients of Dr Katie Lippett
- Patients with surnames beginning with A-K + Y will be transferred to Dr Jane Aitken
- Patients with surnames beginning with L, N, Q, U will be transferred to Dr Charlotte Benning
Raleigh
Patients of Dr Barry Coakley
- Patients with surnames beginning with F-G + M will be transferred to Dr Kerry Boyle
- Patients with surnames beginning with H, J, K + V will be transferred to Dr Susannah Pathmanathan
- Patients with surnames beginning with L, N, R + T will be transferred to Dr Sara Jabri
- Patients with surnames beginning with S, U, W, X + Y will be transferred to Dr Joanne Butterworth
- Patients with surnames beginning with O-Q will be transferred to Dr Harriet Clarke
