Exciting Service Update
We have made some improvements to our appointment process. We believe that, where possible, patients’ health and wellbeing is benefited when they are able to see the same GP. We have therefore created more pre-bookable appointments to enable you and your family the best chance to see the GP or clinician of your choice.
Our working day will therefore be divided into two sections.
- If you have an issue that is urgent for that day we request that you call us in the morning. Our entire clinical team will be on hand to deal with these matters. Calls received in the morning will be dealt with that morning.
- In the afternoon the majority of our team will turn their focus to pre-bookable appointments. If you are unwell, don’t worry, we will have an emergency clinical team on hand, to address any acute medical problems.
