Dr Susie Pathmanathan has reduced her sessions with the practice.

We will be taking the opportunity to rationalise our individual patient lists.

• Patients with surnames beginning with A-F, P, Q and Z will now be registered with Dr Abigail Payne
• Patients with surnames beginning I, N, R-Y will now be registered with Dr Alice Corner

Patients with no previous allocated GP

• Patients with surnames beginning with Ba,Be and By will now be registered with Dr Alice Corner
• Patients with surnames beginning with Bi,Bl,Bo,Bu,Br,U,V,Y will now be registered with Dr Adi Ramachandran
• Patients registered with surnames beginning with A,C,D will now be registered with Dr Joe Mays

We appreciate that changing Doctors can be unsettling but please be assured that we will continue to be committed to providing the best possible service for our patients.

The transfer will happen automatically and there is no action required by patients.

Dr Susie Pathmanathan will now be working a regular session at Underhill Surgery.

• Patients with surnames beginning with A-P and V-Z will now be registered with Dr Susie Pathmanathan
• Patients registered with surnames R-T will now be registered with Dr Katie Lippett
