Important information for our patients

For your information, Dr Joanne Butterworth will be reducing her number of sessions and will therefore no longer have a patient list.

As a result, the following transfer will take place on the 13th October 2023.

Patients of Dr Joanne Butterworth

• Patients with surnames beginning with A-R, and T-Y will be transferred to Dr Alice Corner
• Patients with surnames beginning with S will be transferred to Dr Abigail Payne

Patients of Claremont Pooled list

Patients with surnames beginning with F and O will be transferred to Dr Alice Corner
Patients with surnames beginning with I-J, K, U and V will be transferred to Dr Abigail Payne

We welcome our two new GPs Dr Alice Corner and Dr Abigail Payne.

We appreciate that changing Doctors can be unsettling but please be assured that we will continue to be committed to providing the best possible service for our patients.

The transfer will happen automatically and there is no action required by patients. Should you have any queries however please do not hesitate to contact the Practice Manager, Joanna Coulam on 01395 273666
