How it works

Video visits are fast, easy and convenient. 

When booking your consultation with our reception team, you can request Video Consultation with the GP. This allows you to chat face-to-face with our medical team about your concerns using a secure online system which connects easily via your mobile phone. If you need a prescription, it will be sent electronically to your pharmacy of choice.

Video Consultations are available to adults and children of all ages. New and existing patients are accepted. For the best possible experience, access video consultations on the Airmid, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. 

Virtual Consulations are not for emergencies. If you have an urgent medical need, call 999.

Please note: Claremont now also offers Video Consultations for Covid-19 concerns.

You can easily book a video consultation, book an appointment, send a message to your GP, request medication or get a sick note by downloading our Airmid

You can easily book a video consultation, book an appointment, send a message to your GP, request medication or get a sick note by downloading our Airmid app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To log in you can either use the NHS App or your SystmOnline​ username and password. If you don't already have a username and password, give us a call to register for SystmOnline and we can have you up and running in a few minutes.

Don't have Airmid? No problem. You can still send a message to your GP, get advice or a sick note by using Accurx  and you will receive a repsonse by the end of the next working day.
