The Practice has a well established Patient Forum who meet every couple of months to discuss feedback received on services provided and look at ways they could be improved.

We have 12 patients who are members of our PPG. We are all volunteers who share an interest in working with all the staff to establish a partnership between them and the patients of Claremont Medical Practice.

Through dialogue between patients and staff we aim to improve the quality of service for patients and to shape the future policies of the practice. We see our role as critical friends.

We meet three monthly, during the day, at the Practice with one of the Practice Managers. During this meeting they update us with changes and happenings in the practice which will affect patients. This gives us a wider understanding of the constraints they work under. We give ongoing feedback on the service, and suggestions for improvement, which we have actively sought out through our contacts with the wider population in Exmouth.
