Claremont Medical Practice is a thriving, forward-looking and award winning partnership in Exmouth serving around 15200 patients over three sites

We are looking for a dynamic Practice Nurse to join our established and friendly multi-disciplinary team including GPs, GP Registrars, Clinical Pharmacists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Paramedic, Practices Nurse and HCA's working at Claremont Medical Practice. 

Full or part time hours available.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Tuesday AM, Thursday and Friday)
Salary: £34,864 p.a pro rata

• We are seeking to appoint someone with a caring nature and proactive professional manner to provide a high standard of nursing care for our 15,300 patients.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Nurse with good communication skills, and a commitment to working as part of a strong and effective nursing team. 
• The Practice is an accredited training practice for student nurses, GPs and medical students and offers opportunities to progress and develop, in both clinical and non clinical capacities.  This is a varied and challanging role where clinical supervision and opportunities for training and develepement are provided by a supportive team.
• Ideally, the successful applicant will be qualified to undertake chronic disease management (Diabetes, and/or COPD and Asthma), travel health, women's health and general treatment room tasks.  There will be flexibility for the right candidate.
